Unit A312 is a spacious 2 story, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo, with ocean views from the upstairs master suite balcony and the dining deck. So close to the beach that you can see and hear the ocean waves from the master suite which includes a king size bed. In 2023 we have made some great updates with furniture, fresh paint and art. It’s a mother and daughter owned unit, we put a lot of care into the condo and think it is a wonderful condo to rent.
There are two balconies, two tv’s, one queen size bed and one double bed in the downstairs bedroom. A twin size floor sleeping mattress for a child is available. The condo also has a ‘Pac N Play’, baby gate, stroller and high chairs upon request. Upgraded WiFi is available free of charge. Everything provided for your beach vacation including beach chairs and towels, beach umbrellas, ice chests, boogie boards, outdoor grilling tools, sand toys etc. Air conditioner in downstairs bedroom and nice ocean breeze in upstairs master suite.
Our condo is completely furnished with linens and all kitchen needs. North Coast Village is just steps from the wide, sandy beach in Oceanside, north of San Diego. Condo complex has pools, spa, gym and 5 hole putting green. Within walking distance to Oceanside Marina which has restaurants, shops and boat rentals.
