which Provides a Quiet Enjoyable Environment. From the South facing Balcony you can Enjoy a View of
the Ocean. Cable, Utilities and Internet Are Included.

The Kitchen has Dishwasher, Toaster/Oven, Traditional Coffee Maker, Stove, Oven, Utensils, Pots/Pans,
Dishes, Blender, Crock Pot and Kitchen Linens. Bedroom Sheets, Pillows, and Blankets. Bath Towels,
Wash Cloths, Beach Towels, Beach Cart, Beach Umbrella and Beach Chairs are provided. The Community
Washer and Dryer are located in building B, only one floor below. 42” TV in Living Room, 32” TV w/ DVD

a Variety of Restaurants, Shopping, a Movie Theater and Every Thursday Morning and Evening a
Fabulous Farmer’s Market. Walking North from the Condo, you will find the Oceanside Harbor where
you will find a selection of Restaurants and Entertainment.

Take a Ride on the Coaster, which is 4 blocks from the Pier, Visit Old Town, Little Italy, Downtown San
Diego, Sporting Events, and the Convention Center. Jump on the San Diego Trolley, ‘Hop on Hop Off’
Tour of Old Town, Old Town Market, Embarcadero Marina, Seaport Village, Horton Plaza Park, Gaslamp
Quarter, Convention Center, Petco Park, Hotel Dell Coronado, Balboa Park and Little Italy.
