Unit A-201 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, corner unit, beach condo that features full ocean views from every room.  In addition, this corner unit condo has 2 balconies with views of the beach and pier. The first balcony faces west for terrific sunsets and the second balcony faces south to view coastline down to the Oceanside Pier.  Our condo is fully equipped with all the normal appliances found in your home.  Rates are flexible especially in non summer dates so feel free to make an offer.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed, en suite bath and balcony with blackout panels.  The second bedroom has two twin captains beds with storage underneath.  Since this rental does not have a sleeper sofa, there is a a sleeping pad that could be used by a child.  We have 3 TVS, VCR and land line phone that enables guests to have unlimited calling anywhere in North America.  The kitchen is fully stocked with table service for 10.  It also includes all of the small appliances most have in their homes, and equipment needed for preparing food or baking.

Unit A-201 is less than a 2 minute walk to the sand once you exit the elevator or go down the stairs.   The famous Oceanside Pier is a few blocks away and at the end of pier is Ruby’s Restaurant. This beach is one of the safest and least crowded in southern California.  Walking North at the edge of the complex is the Oceanside Harbor where you can visit shops and restaurants, rent boats or paddle boards, or book a deep sea fishing trip.

Within the resort complex of North Coast Village are 2 large heated pools, 2 hot tubs, barbecues, putting green, 2 exercise rooms, saunas, billiards, ping pong, water features, koi ponds and lush tropical landscaping.  Each building of the complex has a designated laundry room with coin operated washers and driers.  The gated complex provides 24 hour security in addition to a secure underground parking structure that is limited in height to 6 ‘ 6 “.   Non-reserved parking spots are available for guests that must be registered, have parking pass visible and be moved every 24 hours.

During the month of April we only accept 3 day minimum on weekend.   August rents by the week.
