The living room has a queen sofa bed with memory foam mattress and the balcony has balcony height tables and chairs for six. The sunset views from this balcony are a must see. The master bedroom with a king bed has it’s own patio with a beautiful view of the ocean and pier. The master bathroom has a walk in shower and the second bath has a tub/shower combination. The condo is conveniently located close to the pool and Jacuzzi in the A building. The quiet corner location of this condominium gives it a very light and open feeling. This is the ultimate place to relax and enjoy sunsets, sailboats, and dolphins at play. * Upon arrival you will receive a gift basket of snacks and a bottle of wine. Monthly rental price is for January and February. 3% fee for charge card payments, 4% international Owner’s Cancellation Policy 100% refund if canceled at least 35 days before arrival date minus a $55 cancellation fee. No refund on bookings less than 34 days from check in unless the unit can be rebooked and then partial refund will be given. Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
